Angel Mindanao is a results-driven marketing professional dedicated to helping brands, artists, and community organizations amplify their voice, connect with their audiences, and grow with purpose. She graduated from Columbia University with a M.S. in Nonprofit Management. With a passion for creativity, technology, and human connection, Angel blends strategic insight with a hands-on approach to build impactful campaigns that resonate. Throughout her career, Angel has specialized in developing integrated marketing strategies that combine content, social media, SEO, and digital advertising to drive measurable outcomes. Known for a collaborative and empathetic style, Angel believes that effective marketing begins with understanding people — their motivations, challenges, and stories. She has worked with clients across industries, helping them craft compelling brand identities, streamline digital marketing operations, and elevate their online presence through authentic storytelling and smart technology use. Whether guiding a small nonprofit through its first digital campaign or helping a creative entrepreneur launch a personal brand, Angel brings clarity, focus, and creativity to every project. When not strategizing or building campaigns, Angel is passionate about helping others grow their marketing confidence through mentorship and workshops. Jawairia Riaz (JJ) is a Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational support. She holds a Dual Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Human Resources from CUNY Brooklyn College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CUNY Hunter College. Her experience spans across HR operations, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS/ATS management. She has collaborated with diverse teams to identify top talent, streamline hiring processes, and enhance employee engagement. With a blend of analytical skills and people-focused insight, she strives to contribute to workplaces that value efficiency, growth, and collaboration.
Ryan Ward
CTO
Ryan Ward is CTO and a lifelong builder driven by the intersection of scalable infrastructure and human potential. Leveraging his background as a DevOps engineer at IBM and a B.S. in Computer Science, he specializes in crafting the high-performance backend foundations that allow businesses to scale without limits. His mission is simple: to provide the technical edge our clients need to break through barriers and realize their boldest dreams. When he's not architecting systems, he recharges by hiking, writing stories, or gaming with friends and family.

Outside of her work, she is passionate about fitness, personal growth, faith, and inspiring others to become the best version of themselves.
